B. in zwei Cafeterien der Schule. Die Lernenden setzen aktiv 13 der 17 UN-Nachhaltigkeitsziele (SDGs) um, indem sie gesunde, regionale und nachhaltige Produkte anbieten und verschiedene Rollen wie Zubereitung, Marketing und Geschäftsführung übernehmen. Durch Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern wie Slow Food Deutschland und lokalen Ernährungsräten fördert das Projekt Nachhaltigkeit, Verantwortung und berufliche Kompetenzen direkt im Schulalltag.

What is the resource about? (in English)

The Sustainable Student Enterprise 13 at BBS II Wolfsburg is an innovative school project that combines education for sustainable development with entrepreneurial activities, for example by running two school cafeterias. Learners actively implement 13 of the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by offering healthy, regional and sustainable products and taking on roles like preparation, marketing and management. Through collaboration with partners such as Slow Food Germany and local food councils, the project promotes sustainability, responsibility and vocational skills in everyday school life.

Diese Ressource ist für VET-Akteure besonders wertvoll, weil sie zeigt, wie berufsbildende Lernsettings Nachhaltigkeit und unternehmerisches Handeln praktisch verknüpfen und dabei die 17 UN-Nachhaltigkeitsziele adressieren. Das Projekt bietet ein hands-on-Lernfeld für Kompetenzen in Ernährung, Betriebsführung, Marketing und nachhaltiger Produktion, die direkt auf reale Berufsfelder vorbereiten. Außerdem verdeutlicht es, wie Projekte mit lokalen Partnern (z. B.
