Das Guidebook SustainabALE und die begleitenden Arbeitsmaterialien bieten Weiterbildungsorganisationen Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung eines ganzheitlichen nachhaltigen Organisationsentwicklungsprozesses im Sinne des Whole Institution Approachs bieten. Die hier vorge- stellten Modelle und Good Practice Beispiele wurden im Rahmen des vom BMBF geförderten Projektes „Internationale BNE Allianzen“ entwickelt.

What is the resource about? (in English)

The Guidebook SustainabALE and the accompanying working materials provide support to educational organizations in implementing a comprehensive sustainable organizational development process in line with the Whole Institution Approach. The models and good practice examples presented here were developed as part of the BMBF-funded project "International BNE Alliances.

Why is the resource useful for VET actors?

Auch wenn das Guidebook mit Volkshochschulen im Blick entwickelt wurde, enthält es ein paar inspirierende Best Practices und Leitfäden, so z.B. das Phasenmodell (ab S. 42), das eine gute Struktur bietet, um den WIA-Prozess an der Schule zu verstetigen und zu reflektieren - und das sich auch für berufsbildende Schulen eignet.

Why is the resource useful for VET actors? (in English)

Although the guidebook was developed with adult education centers (Volkshochschulen) in mind, it includes some inspiring best practices and guidelines, such as the phase model (starting on p. 42), which offers a good structure to sustain and reflect on the WIA process at schools – and is also suitable for vocational schools.
