Μέσα σε αυτόν τον οδηγό υπάρχουν προτεινόμενες δραστηριότητες οι οποίες είναι δομημένες βάσει των 3 πυλώνων της βιώσιμης ανάπτυξης: κοινωνία, οικονομία και περιβάλλον. Για κάθε έναν από αυτούς τους πυλώνες υπάρχει ένα σχέδιο εργασίας που ακολουθεί την εκπαιδευτική μεθοδολογία μαθαίνω-σκέφτομαι-ενεργώ.
